Our favorite part of the service is receiving the "Pawgress Report" which provides details of the visit along with a picture. I have always found them to be highly responsive, professional, and caring. Our cat is almost 14 years old and very timid but she responds really well to Emily, our main sitter. They give us peace of mind when we are away, especially with a senior pet. I cannot rate them highly enough!”
